Containers on railway rolling stock are shipped only on separate agreement.
Return of empty own Rail wagons for 1st class Railway cargo on line Ilyichevsk-Varna-Ilyichevsk is free of charge.
On line Ilyichevsk-Varna-Ilyichevsk in any case, regardless firm charges and additional discounts, if overall amount of freight for a Rail wagon is less than 1200 USD/Rail wagon the freight charge is still 1200 USD/Rail wagon.
All Railway cargo and automobiles must be provided with all necessary documents for submission to customs.
Shipping Railway cargo in other special rolling stock with more than four axles is subject for additional agreement between the sides considering dimensions of Rail wagon and type of Railway cargo.
In addition to freight charges charterer pays THC (terminal handling cost) at ferry terminal of Ilyichevsk commercial sea port.
According to ICSP rules in addition to freight charges charterer pays ice due during ice campaign announced de facto, but not less than for 15 days. If ice campaign is not announced, ice due is paid for a time period from February 1 to 15.
